  1. Have Vacancy Dates – Showings will be limited to prospective Buyers if the property is constantly booked. At certain projects like Kauai Beach Resort it is easier for a client to purchase sight unseen because all units are the same.
  2. Choose a Realtor that is great at communication – There will be a lot of back and fourth between the listing agent, rental agent/company, and the buyers agent to find a date and time that work for showings. Choose a Realtor who is great at communicating!
  3. Have great rental history – Every buyer asks for this! Good rental history can make up for the higher HOA fee at the condo project.
  4. Price it right – Its important to price a vacation rental right. Buyers will be looking at the most recent sold units in the project. If there are multiple units for sale at the same project buyers will look at those units that have the best price for what they will be getting.
