I’m estimating 3 weeks before it goes on the market. because of condition issues some lenders may not offer financing on this property. Current state of Kauai REO :
So with Covid19 and the moratorium on foreclosures on federally backed mortgages and evictions the Kauai REO market has been slow. I have approximately 7 Kauai foreclosure properties in my queue. Most of them are being hampered by title issues or eviction.
However there is a new Kauai Foreclosure that came out last week in the Garden Island Newspaper. This house at 2181 Kauai Wai Street is located in the Brydeswood Terrace Subdivision in Kalaheo, Kauai, Hawaii. The commissioner is not having open house but the house can be seen by appointment.
