Commentary:
I missed last months blog due to Hurricane Lowell. Our house did fine as most houses did, due to stricter building standards. However like most yards our’s took a hit and my husband and I took a lot of time and effort propping wind blown trees and plants back up and cleaning our yard. Luckily none of our office escrows cancelled as Buyers realized tihs El Nino will end the last day of November 2026.
