Stephanie Ramsey has been the Office Manager for Kauai Dreams Realty for over 8 years. Her professional background includes over 25 years of experience in business administration, real estate, and hospitality. She is a Commissioned Notary Public for the State of Hawaii and a Notary Signing Agent certified by the National Notary Association. Her goal is to provide strong support and quality service for our agents and our clients.
Stephanie’s interest in real estate began when she worked summers at her parents’ business during high school, in Maryland. This also led to her participation in historic property restoration and preservation projects on the mainland and on Kauai. She is now a historic property enthusiast who enjoys working in our office, which is located in the historic Seto Building, built in 1929.
Stephanie has been living on Kauai since 1986 and appreciates Kauai life with her husband and family.
