I did not make it to the property tax auction last month as I had another meeting to go too. I noticed the the banks are working on their inventory that has been vacant or in arrears for years. According to the neighbor, 4914-D  Hekili had been vacant for 13 years. The upcoming house on Palai was vacant for years until someone (maybe a scammer) put in a tenant. The house at 4506 Moho was foreclosed upon 5 years ago. So there definitely is some catch up being done.
