Donovan Gardner has been a Hawai‘i resident for more than 20 years.  He had studied Blueprinting , Drafting and Carpentry at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo and obtained an A.S. Degree in Carpentry Science. My background as a builder has opened other career avenues such as being a Realtor Salesperson (RS #74909) and performing my own home renovations that equate into “sweat equity”.

Having knowledge of the various types of building materials that go into a home, allows me the ability to provide a proper analysis of a home in its current condition.  I will provide you with information of what a renovation should cost when looking at a new purchase, or getting your home up to speed to get top dollar for a resale.

I encourage people to “Set small goals to achieve your main goal, Home Ownership.”  Whether it is working on a better credit score, saving up for a down payment, or getting Pre-Qualified through a Mortgage Broker/Bank, these are all necessary steps on “being ready” to buy and I would be happy to assist you in the process.  I truly feel a lot of people already qualify without knowing it. There are many ways to get in the market. You may qualify for no money down as long as you do not own a home with a USDA loan or VA loan, or little as a 3.5% down payment with a FHA loan, or a 5% down payment with a Conventional loan. It appears to me that the general public believes they need a 20% down payment and have lost sight of their dream; I am here to change that.

Having a 100% success rate in my prior and present investment properties gives me experience and confidence to help you make a “good pick.”  I enjoy following current market trends and passing it on to others.
