Commentary:
I think one of the best parts of being a specialist in Kauai foreclosure and REO properties are the transformations. There’s a property on 2367 Kaumualii Highway that was foreclosed on in October. October Blog. I drive by it every 2 weeks or so. The Buyer is doing a remarkable job of cleaning up the yard and repairing the house while maintaining the house’s character. Kudos to him. I think in the future I may do a before and after blog or feature.
