no Kauai REOS sold for the month of February.
Wow February was a busy REO month for me with a number of new Kauai assignments including a Sandpiper condo & house in Princeville. The Sandpiper is a top floor unit with loft through Wells Fargo. They will be giving owner occupants the first shot at purchasing. The Princeville house on 4175 Mahina Place is a Bank of America foreclosure. Their practice, when the property is occupied is to send it to a sales auction through a national site called Genesis Auctions. The bank may or may not work with the tenants on relocation funds. If you have questions about a specific property feel free to ask me. I am expecting more REO assignments in the future.
