A lot of foreclosures are being sold at the courthouse steps. Usually the ones that are coming up are reverse mortgages where the mortgagor has past. I have gotten a couple of inquiries from people who saw a Kauai foreclosure/REO on another web site and contact me about it since they can’t find info other places. That’s usually because the foreclosure was years ago. As long as you’re not paying for these web sites it shouldn’t be a problem to inquire. Dont pay for web sites promising foreclosure information. All/Most Kauai foreclosures are posted in the local newspaper The Garden Island.
