Commentary:
As I scan my digital copy of The Garden Island Newspaper, because I no longer get delivery in my area :(. I see a few more foreclosures in the classifieds. Someone mentioned to me this week, “how terrible banks are foreclosing due to Covid.” But “No” I explained. The foreclosures that are happening now are still due to issues before Covid that just got delayed. I have not heard of any Covid caused foreclosures on Kauai yet.
