Sorry I havent been updating the list regularly. It’s just because there hasnt been that many Kauai Foreclosures come up on the market until now.
Upcoming Kauai Foreclosures:
- Unit 2X Kulana Condominium. TMK 4-4-3-11-1-17. This is a vacant land of 7.7110 acres that has not been designated for a homesite. It would be ideal for farming, if it wasn’t that you still have to pay the HOA fee of $500.00 a month. Looking at the tax records office it appears this property was previously foreclosed on in 2018 by the HOA. It appears that the county is now foreclosing on the HOA, I can only guess for the property taxes. So it may be a deal for someone looking to farm. 3557 Anini Road, Kilauea TMK 4-5-3-4-27. I thought this was foreclosed on a long time ago. But I guess not. This home was once owned by Jim Lull. If you havent heard of him you can click to read an old blog on him. Great house across from Anini beach. I have no idea what it looks like now. This picture is from 2009. There are no open houses. It’s probably occuppied by someone as Jim quitclaimed the deed to someone else. Hopefully it will sell and part of the proceeds will go to some of Jim’s victims. But this scenario is unlikely as the bank will probably take it all as there has been years of interest and late fees accruing. Like Anini Road the next foreclosure has been in the courts for years. I believed the foreclosure started but then got delayed. It appears the banks are finally getting through their Zombie foreclosure inventory.

There has been no sales of REO homes in the MLS for 2025.
