COMMENTARY:
There have not been any foreclosure notices in the Garden Island newspaper lately. I don’t expect there to be much or any from Covid. Most current foreclosures are from reverse mortgages where the owners have past away, and the heirs did not initiate a probate, or divorce, or another major life change. I still have a few pending REOs in my queue but many foreclosures are being bought at the courthouse steps.
