There aren’t any SOLD KAUAI REO’S FOR July 2017
Although there aren’t any sold REOs for last month there will be for this month. Properties are closing but you have a few escrow cancellations. Cancellations can be based on either the property not qualifying or the buyer not qualifying. Be sure you are prequalified and pre approved before you buy. I often get asked if I have any low end REOs coming on the market, but sometimes the most exciting properties are the high end REOs. I have a few of both coming up latter this year. I prefer to sell REOs in their current state but the banks & their investors are now tending to want to fix up the homes so they can get the most possible money. However they are not use to Hawaii contractor prices and the cost of materials and shipping times. Call or email me if you have any questions on any of these properties.
