The Kauai County Tax auction was held on May 7, 2014 at the county civic center. Only 7 properties ended up on the agenda. Here are the results listed by tax map key :

2. (4) 3-2-23-58-7 Sold for $75,000.

3. (4) 3-5-1-85 Sold for $5,000.

4. (4) 3-6-8-5 sold for $13,000.

5. (4) 4- 3-8-1-139. This is Waipouli Beach Resort unit F401. There was a mortgage on this unit. But it must of gotten lost as they usually pay the taxes.
