There’s been only 12 closed Kauai REO sales for the first 6 months of 2015. Overall Kauai had 487 closed sales for the first half of 2015. REO listings are picking up a little but there probably won’t be to much of a change from the first half stats. In general the overall Kauai sales numbers should fall slightly due to a lack of inventory.
