Today on the Kauai Realtor Caravan in Princeville there was wide range of properties to be seen. Vacant land, Condos, Turn-key homes, and a few Homes that allow for custom updates from its new owner.
My Favorites From Today:
These three properties are all in Queen Emma’s Bluff. Queen Emma’s Bluff is the immediate right turn in Princeville right after turning onto Ka Haku Road in Princeville (right past the fountain).
Queen Emma’s Bluff is different from the rest of Princeville when it comes to vacation rentals. All Princeville homes and condos are legal vacation rentals. In Queen Emma’s Bluff the vacation rental period has to be at least 30 days.
