Kauai Sold REO:
1. Kakela Makai Oceanview Subdivision Lot 2, Kalaheo: This is a vacant lot that has enough level to build but then the lot slopes. There is a distant ocean view. $209,900, MLS# 275457. Sold for $209,900 cash 12/11/2014.
Kauai REO wise it was an exciting day for me on December 10th as I received not one but two new REO assignments. One is a desirable affordable Lihue house that was foreclosed on in April of 2014 according to The Garden Island. It is currently occupied so I am not posting the address. The other assignment was Kulana unit 15E. The unit was foreclosed on in July.
