There has been a major dwindling of foreclosure notices in the newspaper lately. As it takes approximately 6-9 months once the foreclosure sale is held to the bank putting the property on the market, on unoccupied properties, I’m guessing in 9-12 months the REO inventory will be sparse unless more foreclosures are initiated. However I presently have 18 unlisted REOs in my queue going through either the evacuation, eviction, confirmation, or repair process.
