This is my Kauai Foreclosures, Kauai REO banked own list. It is updated monthly.

 

Upcoming Kauai Foreclosures:

  1. 5404 Weke Rdoad, Hanalei. TMK 4-5-5-4-15. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home of approximately 2,223 sqft on a .1388 acre lot.  The sale is scheduled for January 5, 2026 at the courthouse steps according to auction.com. I have been unable to get a hold of the Foreclosure Commissioner attorney Mavin Dang to verify this sale. I am unable to find any other information collaborating the sale.

Kauai REO’s for Sale:

  1. 4873-A Alii Road, Hanapepe MLS#726533. $605,000. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, approximately 1,352 sqft. Land area 7.052 sqft.  Auction listing, auction fees may apply. This house is now vacant. It was occupied earlier.

KAUAI REO-FORECLOSURES SOLD FOR November 2025:

  1. 4854 Aliali Road, Kapaa  MLS#722639. Price Reduced $629,900. This home was not a foreclosure but rather a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. A 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home of approximately 960 sqft on a 8,120 sqft lot. Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Behind the carport is a bath area that consists of a shower, toilet and laundry sink. The walls are the single wall redwood. Single level and open floor plan. Large lanai off the back of the home that overlooks the fruit orchard yard. Privacy hedge in front.  Sold for $600,000 (Conventional Loan) on 11/17/2025.

Commentary:

It will be interesting to see if the judicial auction will be held at 5404 Weke Road this January. The first foreclosure notice came out in November of 2021 for a January 2022 sale. That sale was postponed/cancelled until June of 2022. Again Postponed/cancelled until April 30, 2024. Rescheduled for September 29, 2025 but it was postponed in August. I haven’t noticed anymore foreclosure notices in the newspaper, but I recently started getting inquiries about the property. I  Googled it and auction.com is all I can find. I’m going to try and show up at the courthouse steps to see if the auction actually happens. Buyer’s can always bid at court confirmation. But buyer beware. The house is occupied. Eviction will be necessary.
