COMMENTARY:
I was talking to another Realtor/Friend earlier this week and of course we talked about real estate and about how hard it is to find a good deal these days on Kauai. She decided to look outside of Hawaii. I have decided to stop looking. My daughter has decided to keep on looking on Kauai. My friend and I realize we have one main thing in common that binds our friendship, we are passionate about real estate, Kauai real estate in particular.. Most likely if you are reading this blog, you are passionate about real estate too.
