Robert has been on Kauai since 2019 and enjoys the dream of living on the Kalihiwai ridge in Kilauea. He has history here that dates back to 1997 when he proposed to his wife in Kilauea. Prior to becoming a Realtor Associate (RS #84693), Robert had personal experience with Real Estate transactions including residential, land, commercial, and 1031 exchanges in California and Hawaii. Since his history in property management is extensive, many of his friends and family encouraged him to become a Realtor.
Robert has learned through experience and from his heart, he knows the demanding lessons of moving to the island as a main lander (Malihini – newcomer). He feels that helps him to be an exceptional Realtor Associate because he has lived the experience of moving his entire family here. Many people don’t understand how important it is to be sensitive to the culture shift and everything that goes along with learning to live on a small island, Robert understands these things.
Robert keeps up to date with the latest technical advances to serve his client’s needs; internet, a high-tech office, 3D imagery, both day and night photography, etc.
